- In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- If you've received a product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
- If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area, you can choose to return the item yourself.
- Include the required return documentation with your package. You can return the package using any service provider of your choice.
- After receiving the returned product and verification, amount will be refunded in 3-5 working days to the customer.
