RETURN POLICY

  1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
  2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  3. If you've received a product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Self Return

  1. If the Return Pick-up option is not available in your area, you can choose to return the item yourself.
  2. Include the required return documentation with your package. You can return the package using any service provider of your choice.
  3. After receiving the returned product and verification, amount will be refunded in 3-5 working days to the customer.
